Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Shipping & Reverse Pickup Fee (₹100)
For all returns, a ₹100 reverse-shipment fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
This covers the cost of arranging the pickup and return logistics.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
We follow a simple and transparent return process to ensure a smooth experience for our customers:

Submit a Return Request
The customer must initiate a return request by contacting us at therealjewellery.hub@gmail.comOur team will review the request and share the return instructions.

Product Pickup by Our Executive
Once the return is approved, our delivery executive will pick up the item from the customer’s location. Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging. -
Quality Check & Refund Initiation
After we receive the returned item at our facility, our team will inspect it to confirm it is in the same condition—unused, unworn, and with all tags intact.
Once the item passes the quality check, we will immediately initiate the refund to the original payment method.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, such as:

Custom or personalized products

Personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as each item is processed and prepared immediately after confirmation. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Please note: it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
